اثر آللوپاتی گیاه اسپند (Peganum harmala L.) بر دو گونه مرتعی Agropyron desertorum و Agropyron elongatum

چکیده

با توجه به حساسیت مختلف گونه‌های علف هرز به مواد آللوکمیکال گیاه اسپند، می­توان به کشف گونه‌های مقاوم به مواد بازدارنده این گیاه، در امر اصلاح و احیاء مناطق بحرانی مراتع کشور امیدوار شد. این تحقیق به­منظور تعیین توان آللوپاتی گیاه اسپند (Peganumharmala L.)  بر دو گونه مهم اصلاح مراتع (Agropyrondesertorum  وAgropyronelongatum) انجام شد. اثر نوع پودر (هوایی و زیرزمینی)،  نسبت (در پنج سطح 0 ، 5، 10 ،15 و 20 درصد) و مرحله فنولوژی (رویشی، گل‌دهی و بذردهی) گیاه اسپند بر شاخص‌های جوانه‌زنی (سرعت و درصد) و رشد (طول ریشه و ساقه) دو گونه علف گندمی بیابانی و بلند، در قالب طرح آماری فاکتوریل با سه تکرار، اعمال گردید. همچنن آزمایش دیگری جهت مشاهده اثر خاک محیط رویشگاه بر متغیر‌های وابسته گونه‌های اصلاحی، در قالب طرح آماری کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار انجام شد. اثر آللوکمیکال‌های مرحله بذردهی بر تمامی شاخص‌های هر دو گونه کم­تر از مرحله رویشی و گل‌دهی بود. با افزایش نسبت پودری، در همه شاخص‌ها کاهش معنی‌داری مشاهده شد. حساسیت منفی معنی‌دار تمامی متغیر‌‌های جوانه‌زنی و رشد در هر دو گونه به مواد آللوکمیکال اندام هوایی مشاهده شد و در علف‌گندمی بیابانی این حساسیت شدیدتر بود. هرچند در شرایط استفاده خیلی زیاد از مواد خشک گیاه اسپند (شرایطی که در طبیعت با آن روبه­رو نیستیم)، علف گندمی­ حساسیت کمتری نشان داده است، ولی با توجه به اثرگذاری مواد بازدارنده خاک محیط رویشگاه، استفاده از گیاه علف­گندمی بیابانی برتری دارد. برداشت پیکره هوایی گیاه چند ساله اسپند در قبل و بعد از طرح‌های مرتع‌کاری، راه حل پیشنهادی این تحقیق آزمایشگاهی جهت کاهش اثرات آللوپاتی گیاه بستر اسپند است.
