بررسی عوامل موثر بر تمایل گلخانه داران به تولید خیار گلخانه‌ای ارگانیک در استان یزد

چکیده

فزایش تولیدات گلخانه‌ای در استان یزد همراه با افزایش مصرف کود و سم است. در این راستا، ضروری است مصرف مواد شیمیائی در گلخانه‌ها کاهش و تولید محصول ارگانیک افزایش یابد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی عوامل موثر بر فرآیند انتقال به کشاورزی ارگانیک در میان تولیدکنندگان خیار گلخانه‌ای استان یزد است. این تحقیق از نوع پژوهش‌های توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه با انجام مصاحبه حضوری با گلخانه‌داران تولیدکننده خیار است. تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از آزمون آماری t و مدل اقتصادسنجی لاجیت انجام گرفت. از میان 144 نفر از مصاحبه‌شونده‌ها، 59 نفر نسبت به کشاورزی ارگانیک دارای تمایل مثبت و 85 نفر تمایلی نشان ندادند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که اطلاعات تولید کنندگان در زمینه کشاورزی ارگانیک کم و نبود حمایت کافی دولت از کشاورزی ارگانیک، خطرپذیری بالای تولید محصول ارگانیک، نبود بازار مشخص و نداشتن علم و مهارت تولید از مهم‌ترین موانع تولید محصولات ارگانیک است. نتایج مدل لوجیت نشان داد که متغیرهای سابقه تولید، سن، میزان تحصیلات، میزان رعایت اصول بهداشتی و نگرش مثبت نسبت به محیط زیست رابطه مثبت و معنی‌دار و متغیرهای مقدار مصرف کود و سموم شیمیائی رابطه منفی و معنی‌دار با تمایل به کشت ارگانیک دارند. با توجه به کمبود اطلاعات فنی، مدیریتی و فروش محصولات ارگانیک، حمایت دولت و نظارت بر تولید در این زمینه ضروری است.
