کاربرد شاخصهای PI، IPI و MCd در ارزیابی وضعیت آلودگی برخی فلزات در رسوبات باطله ناشی از فرآوری سنگ آهن در مجتمع معدنی چغارت بافق
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین وضعیت آلودگی رسوبات باطله ناشی از فرآوری سنگ آهن در منطقه بیابانی بافق از نظر برخی فلزات صورت گرفت. پس از حفر هفت پروفیل و نمونهبرداری از عمق 150-0 سانتیمتری رسوبات، غلظت 14 فلز در 35 نمونه رسوب به وسیله دستگاه ICP-OES اندازهگیری شد. جهت تعیین مقدار زمینه 14 فلز در خاک منطقه شاهد، 25 نمونه از پروفیلی به عمق 5/2 متر (هر 10 سانتیمتر یک نمونه) تهیه و غلظت متغیرهای مذکور به وسیله دستگاه ICP-OES تعیین شد. پس از دستهبندی دادههای حاصل و اطمینان از نرمال بودن آنها، جهت تعیین مقدار آلایندگی و تغییرات متغیرهای اندازهگیری شده شاخصهای PI، IPI و MCdمحاسبه شد. نتایج نشان داد میانگین شاخص PI برای متغیرهای آرسنیک، کبالت، آهن و وانادیوم به ترتیب 365/4، 254/9، 570/4 و 249/9 است. همچنین بر اساس نتایج محاسبه شده برای شاخصهای IPIو MCd100% نمونهها در طبقه آلودگی متوسط قرار دارد. در مجموع، متغیرهای آرسنیک (As)، کبالت (Co)، آهن (Fe) و وانادیوم (V) به عنوان آلایندههای مهم رسوب باطله ناشی از کارخانه فرآوری سنگ آهن در منطقه بیابانی بافق است که در صورت عدم اجرای اقدامات پیشگیرانه یا اصلاحی مناسب موجب آلودگی خاک و منابع آب منطقه خواهد شد. یافتههای این پژوهش با شناسایی منابع بالقوه آلاینده آب و خاک منطقه، راهگشای تحقیقات آینده جهت بررسی امکان رفع آنها با روش گیاهپالایی است.

تأثیر تنظیم کنندههای رشد بر کیفیت میوه انار رقم رباب (Punica granatume L.) تحت شرایط تنش خشکی
یکی از محدودیتهای مهم برای رشد و عملکرد مطلوب گیاهان بهویژه در مناطق خشک، دسترسی آنها به آب قابل استفاده است. در سالهای اخیر تحقیقات گستردهای برای سازگار نمودن گیاهان به تنشهای محیطی و از جمله تنش خشکی صورت گرفته است. در این تحقیق استفاده از دو تنظیم کننده رشد 24- اپیبراسینولید و جاسمونیک اسید برای بهبود مقاومت به تنش خشکی در انار رقم رباب (Punica granatume L.) مورد توجه قرار گرفت. سه سطح آبیاری شامل آبیاری کافی (شاهد)، تنش ملایم (75% ظرفیت زراعی) و تنش متوسط ( 50% ظرفیت زراعی) و همچنین نه سطح هورمونی شامل شاهد (آب)، 24- اپی براسینولید (1/0 و 2/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر)، جاسمونیک اسید (1 و 2 میلیگرم بر لیتر) و ترکیب آنها در چهار سطح در دو مقطع زمانی قبل از گلدهی و قبل از رشد سریع میوه با روش محلولپاشی روی برگهای درختان بارده انار در قالب آزمایش فاکتوریل با طرح پایه بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار اعمال گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بسیاری از متغیرهای شیمیایی و بیوشیمیایی میوه تحت تاثیر تنش خشکی قرار گرفتند. کاربرد تنظیم کنندههای رشد 24- اپیبراسینولید و جاسمونیک اسید موجب تغییر در میزان فنل کل آب و پوست میوه و میزان فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی آب و پوست میوه شد. کاربرد ترکیبی 2/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر24- اپی براسینولید و 2 میلیگرم بر لیتر جاسمونیک اسید در شرایط رطوبتی شاهد و تنش خشکی موجب بهبود عملکرد فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی پوست میوه شد. کاربرد 2 میلیگرم بر لیتر جاسمونیک اسید در شرایط تنش شدید خشکی موجب بهبود فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز آب میوه شد. با این شرایط استفاده از جاسمونیک اسید به تنهایی و یا با 24- اپی براسینولید در غلظتهای ذکر شده میتواند اثر مثبتی بر عملکرد فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی میوه انار داشته باشد.

اثر تنش خشکی بر خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی ریشهچه و ساقهچه ارقام مختلف یونجه (Medicago Sativa L.)
یونجه (Medicago sativa L.) مهمترین گیاه علوفهای دنیاست که به طور گسترده در بیشتر مناطق اقلیمی بویژه نواحی خشک و نیمهخشک مورد کشت و کار قرار دارد. این گیاه از مکانیسمهای مورفولوژیک، فیزیولوژیک و بیوشیمیایی مختلفی درمواجه با تنشهای محیطی بویژه تنش خشکی برخوردار است. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین نقش آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی کاتالاز، پراکسیداز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز در مقاومت به خشکی گیاهچههای یونجه در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بود. بدین منظور ده رقم یونجه شامل ارقام اصفهانی، همدانی، یزدی، اردوبادی، قره یونجه، بمی، نیکشهری، قمی، بغدادی و کودی و شش سطح پتانسیل آب شامل صفر، 2/0-، 4/0-، 6/0-، 8/0- و 1- مگاپاسکال ایجاد شده با ماده شیمیایی پلی اتیلن گلایکول 6000 به صورت فاکتوریل و در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با چهار تکرار مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. صفات محتوای پراکسید هیدروژن و مالون دیآلدهید ریشهچه و ساقهچه و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی کاتالاز، پراکسیداز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز ریشهچه و ساقهچه ارقام یونجه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. تنش خشکی موجبافزایش محتوای پراکسید هیدروژن، مالون دیآلدهید و فعالیت آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدانی در ریشهچه و ساقهچه گیاهچههای یونجه گردید. بر اساس نتایج، می توان اظهار داشت که ارقام مقاوم به خشکی یونجه از سیستم دفاع آنتیاکسیدانی فعالتری برخوردارند.همچنین فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی میتواند به عنوان یک نشانگر بیوشیمیایی در انتخاب ارقام مقاوم به خشکی در یونجه مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی در هر یک از شیوههای بهرهبرداری از مراتع و مشارکت در اجرای طرحهای مرتعداری (مطالعه موردی: مراتع قشلاقی استان سمنان)
سرمایه اجتماعی یکی از مفاهیم مهم در جامعه شناسی است که وجود آن برای همبستگی اجتماعی و رسیدن به اهداف توسعه پایدار ضروری است. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و میزان مشارکت بهرهبرداران در اجرای طرحهای مرتعداری در هر یک از شیوههای بهرهبرداری از مراتع است. جامعه آماری تحقیق بر اساس پروانه چرایی به سه گروه تک پروانه به نام بهرهبردار (افراز)، پروانه بهنام شخص بهعنوان نماینده بیش از 2 بهرهبردار (مشاع) و پروانه به نام شورای روستا تقسیمبندی شد. نمونهگیری با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری طبقهبندی شده تصادفی با تخصیص متناسب انجام شد. بهمنظور گردآوری دادههای مورد نیاز از پرسشنامه و مصاحبه (93 نفر از بهرهبرداران مراتع) انجام شد. وجود رابطه معنیدار بین هریک از مولفههای سرمایه اجتماعی با مشارکت بهرهبرداران در اجرای طرحهای مرتعداری دارد (05/0>P). نتایج آزمون کروسکال والیس نشان داد بین سرمایه اجتماعی بر حسب شیوه بهرهبرداری از مراتع در منطقه مورد مطالعه اختلاف معنیدار وجود دارد (05/0>P). شاخص سرمایه اجتماعی در مراتع مورد بررسی نشان داد شیوه بهرهبرداری افرازی دارای بیشترین سرمایه اجتماعی برای اجرای طرحهای مرتعداری است. بهنظر میرسد تقویت مولفههای سرمایه اجتماعی در بین بهرهبرداران (به ویژه تقویت اعتماد در روابط فردی، اعتماد نهادی و امنیت اجتماعی) زمینه همکاری بهرهبرداران و مشارکت آنها را در اجرای طرحهای مرتعداری بیشتر خواهد کرد.

تأثیر خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک بر خشکیدگی درختان سرو نقرهای (Cupressus arizonica L.) (مطالعه موردی: جنگل کاری شرق اصفهان)
خشکیدگی درختان سرونقرهای در جنگلکاریهای شرق اصفهان در سالهای اخیر درحال افزایش است. علت اصلی این خشکیدگی کمبود آب و خشکسالیهای اخیر قلمداد میشود. با این حال عدم یکنواختی نرخ خشکیدگی در نواحی مختلف احتمال دخالت سایر عوامل را قوت میدهد. در این تحقیق تاثیر خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک بر نرخ خشکیدگی درختان سرو نقرهای بررسی میشود. منطقه جنگلکاری مورد مطالعه را میتوان بر اساس تنشهای محیطی مرتبط به چهار ناحیة جداگانه تفکیک کرد: 1) مجاورت با مراکز جمعیتی؛ 2) مجاورت با راههای ارتباطی؛ 3) بیشترین فاصله از مناطق با توان بالای تنشزایی و 4) مجاورت با منطقه صنعتی. در هر پلات تمام درختان شامل درختان سالم، درحال خشکیدن، خشکیده و حتی درختان اخیرا قطع شده شمارش شد. همچنین از هر پلات نمونه خاک از عمق 30-0 سانتیمتری برداشت و مورد تجزیه قرار گرفت. بافت خاک، اسیدیته، هدایت الکتریکی، غلظت سدیم در عصاره اشباع، غلظت کلسیم، نسبت جذب سدیم، ظرفیت تبادل کاتیون، درصد نیتروژن کل و فسفر و پتاسیم قابل جذب از پارامترهای مورد اندازهگیری بودند. با در نظرگرفتن نرخ خشکیدگی ظاهری، نتایج طرح بلوکهای کاملا تصادفی نشان داد که خشیدگی درختان در خاکهای با مقادیر شوری و هدایت الکتریکی بیشتر افزایش مییابد. نتایج همچنین گویای اثرگذاری ساختمان خاک بر تنش خشکی بود. خاکهای تشکیل شده از تمام اندازه ذرات (بافت خاک) مقاومت بیشتری نسبت به خشکی نشان دادند. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که استفاده بیش از حد ازکودهای شیمیایی باعث کاهش مقاومت درختان سرونقرهای به تنش خشکی میشود.

نقشهبرداری رقومی روشی نوین و جایگزینی مناسب برای روشهای سنتی است. در این روش شوری خاک با یک سری متغیرهای محیطی ارتباط داده شده و سپسشوری خاک در نقاط دیگر پیشبینی میشود. در این پژوهش بر اساس روش هایپرکیوپ، مکان جغرافیایی 73 نمونه خاک مشخص و نمونهبرداری و هدایت الکتریکی آنها اندازهگیری شد. سپس با استفاده از مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی رابطه بیندادههای زمینی و متغیرهای محیطی (اجزاء سرزمین و دادههای ماهواره لندست 8) بهدست آمد و در آخر شوری خاک درکل منطقه مورد مطالعه ارزیابی شد. نتایج تحلیل حساسیت مدل شبکه عصبی مصنوعی نشان داد، که متغیر شاخص گیاهی نرمال شده (51/39%)، شاخص گیاهی تعدیل کننده اثر خاک (60/27%)، شاخص شوری (07/27%) و شیب اراضی (80/5%)، جهت بررسی شوری خاک از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار هستند. همچنین نتایج ارزیابی مدل ضریب تبیین 57/0 و میانگین ریشه مربعات dS/m 40/17کارآیی بالای آن را نشان میدهد. نتایج کلی این پژوهش نشان داد که استفاده از دادههای ماهوارهای، مدل رقومی ارتفاع و مدلسازی با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی دارای دقت قابل قبولیاست؛ بنابراین پیشنهاد میشود در مطالعات آینده جهت تهیه نقشه رقومی خاک از روش مشابه استفاده شود.

تأثیر تلقیح باکتری محرک رشد Pseudomonas putida بر تحمل به شوری نهالهای استبرق (Calotropis procera Ait.)
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تحمل به شوری نهالهای استبرق با استفاده از تلقیح باکتری Pseudomonas putida در شرایط گلخانه انجام گرفت. آزمایش، با شش سطح تیمار آبیاری در سطوح مختلف شوری (0، 5، 10، 15، 20 و 25 دسیزیمنس بر متر) و دو سطح تیمار تلقیح (شاهد و باکتری) بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل در قالب طرح آماری کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار طراحی شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد در شوری بیش از 15 دسیزیمنس بر متر، همه نهالهای تلقیح نشده با باکتری خشک شدند. این در حالی است که در شرایط تلقیح با باکتری، بیش از نیمی از نهالها در شوری 15 دسی زیمنس بر متر و حدود 38 درصد نهالها در شوری 25 دسیزیمنس بر متر زنده ماندند. در شرایط نبود شوری، ارتفاع، سطح ریشه، وزن تر و خشک نهالهای تلقیح شده با باکتری نسبت به نهالهای تلقیح نشده به ترتیب 6/2، 3/40، 38 و 9/31 درصد افزایش داشتند. در نهالهای تلقیح شده با باکتری در اغلبِ سطوح شوری تا 15 دسیزیمنس بر متر نرخ فتوسنتز و کلروفیل از نظر آماری افزایش و میزان تعرق کاهش یافت؛ اما نشت الکترولیت تفاوتی نشان نداد. همچنین، غلظت نیتروژن، پتاسیم، و پتاسیم به سدیم برگ افزایش و غلظت سدیم کاهش یافت. بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، باکتری محرک رشد سودوموناس عملکرد و بازدهی مطلوبی را برای نهالهای استبرق رشد یافته تا شوری 15 دسی زیمنس بر متر فراهم کرده است. از این رو، استفاده از این باکتری به عنوان یک رهیافت نوین بیوتکنولوژیک میتواند برای تلقیح نهال این گونه جهت احیای اراضی شور و نیز تولید نهال آن در نهالستانهای با خاک شور پیشنهاد شود.

اثر تنش خشـکی بر برخی صفــات زراعی و فیزیولوژیکی تودههای شنبلیله بومی ایــران
این مطالعه به منظور ارزیابی اثر تنش خشکی بر برخی صفات زراعی و فیزیولوژیکی تودههای شنبلیله بومی ایران (20 ژنوتیپ از مناطق مختلف کشور) در قالب دو آزمایش (تحت شرایط تنش خشکی و بدون تنش خشکی) با استفاده از طرح آماری بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و چهار تکرار انجام و 17 صفت مختلف زراعی و فیزیولوژیکی اندازهگیری شد. نتایج نشان داد که تحت شرایط تنش خشکی بین تودهها از نظر بیشتر صفات به غیر از وزن زیست توده آفتاب خشک، شاخص برداشت، عملکرد تک بوته و دمای تاج پوشه اختلافهای آماری معنیداری وجود ندارد. تحت شرایط بدون تنش خشکی نیز به غیر از صفات تعداد نیام در بوته، تعداد دانه در بوته، وزن زیست توده آفتاب خشک، دمای تاج پوشه، پایداری غشای سلولی برگها در مرحله گلدهی، آماس و رطوبت نسبی برگها، اختلافهای آماری معنیداری بین تودهها وجود داشت. صفات وزن زیست توده (بیوماس) آفتاب خشک و عملکرد دانه به ترتیب با ضریب تغییرات 9/44و 9/38 درصد ضریب تغییرات، به طور شدید تحت تاثیر تنش خشکی قرار گرفت. به طور متقابل دو صفت تیپ بوته و رطوبت نسبی بافت برگی در مرحله گلدهی، کمترین ضریب تغییرات محیطی (در حدود صفر) را به خود اختصاص دادند. با توجه به نتایج، استفاده از ضریب تغییرات دو صفت وزن بیوماس آفتاب خشک و عملکرد دانه برای غربالگری و انتخاب ژنوتیپهای شنبلیله مناسب کشت در محیطهایی با تنش خشکی و یا با محدودیت آب توصیه میگردد.
