Six sites with respect to the planted species (Haloxylon persicum and Nitraria schoberi) and irrigation types (control or no irrigation, water-logged and furrow irrigation methods) were selected with 4 -12 replications. Forty seven surface soil samples were collected and soil texture, organic matter content, acidity, electrical conductivity, calcium and magnesium concentrations, and structure stability were measured. Cover percentage of the species was measured in 47 nested plots. The species richness, diversity and evenness in all replications were calculated by Margalef, Shannon and Simpson indices, respectively. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and one-way ANOVA were used to interpret the relationships between soil and vegetation properties. Results showed that using urban wastewater significantly increased vegetation cover (about 24.81 to 31.3 %) but plant diversity was not statistically affected. Soil organic matter content and as a consequence of aggregate stability, were significantly increased by irrigating the sites with wastewater. Dispersible clay was decreased (i.e. soil structural stability was increased) as a result of irrigating with wastewater. Therefore, urban wastewater might be used as a source of water for range restoration projects to prevent desertification in natural ecosystems.}, keywords = {Wastewater,Vegetation,Species diversity,Ordination,combating desertification,Soil structural stability}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر پساب شهری بر شاخص‌های پوشش گیاهی، تنوع گونه‌ای و ویژگی‌های خاک سطحی در طرح‌های بیابان‌زدایی (مطالعه موردی: دشت سگزی، اصفهان)}, abstract_fa = {پیامدهای کاربرد پساب شهری بر پوشش گیاهی، خاک و تنوع گیاهی در ایستگاه بیابان‌زدایی سگزی اصفهان بررسی شد. شش مکان با توجه به نوع گیاه دست کاشت (تاغ و تاغ-قره‌داغ) و نوع آبیاری (بدون آبیاری به عنوان شاهد، غرقابی و شیاری) با حداقل 4 تا حداکثر 12 تکرار انتخاب شد. تعداد 47 نمونه خاک سطحی برداشت و بافت، ماده آلی، اسیدیته، هدایت الکتریکی، کلسیم و منیزیم محلول، و پایداری ساختمان خاک اندازه‌گیری شد. با استفاده از 47 پلات‌ تو در تو، درصد تاج پوشش گونه‌های گیاهی هر مکان اندازه‌گیری و غنای گونه‌ای (شاخص مارگالف)، تنوع گونه‌ای (شاخص شانون) و یکنواختی سیمپسون محاسبه شد. ارتباط بین پوشش گیاهی و ویژگیهای خاک با استفاده از تجزیه مؤلفه‌های اصلی و تجزیه واریانس بررسی شد. بر اساس نتایج، پساب شهری باعث افزایش معنی‌دار درصد پوشش تاجی شد( حدود 81/24 تا 3/31 درصد) شد، ولی بر تنوع گیاهی تاثیر معنی‌داری نداشت. میزان ماده آلی خاک و به در پی آن پایداری خاکدانه‌ها نیز درنتیجه استفاده از پساب افزایش یافته و موجب کاهش رس قابل پراکنش و افزایش پایداری ساختمان خاک شد. بنابراین استفاده از پساب شهری در طرح‌های احیای مراتع میتواند راه‌کار مناسبی برای جلوگیری از روند بیابانزایی در عرصههای طبیعی ‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {پساب,پوشش گیاهی,تنوع گیاهی,رج‌بندی,بیابان‌زدایی,پایداری ساختمان خاک}, url = {https://aridbiom.yazd.ac.ir/article_759.html}, eprint = {https://aridbiom.yazd.ac.ir/article_759_506410531e9ee7f678bf9f5904c49424.pdf} }
